Offer the Theory of Excellence (THE) to differentiate your services and bring your content into the 21st century. Your new approach will be exciting, relevant, interesting and contain the very latest knowledge and research.

There are many, many organisations offering training courses or consultancy based upon management theories that are tired, out-dated and extremely dull.  By offering

the Theory of Excellence you can differentiate your services and bring your content into the 21st Century. Courses or consultancy will be exciting, relevant, interesting and contain the very latest knowledge and research. This will lead to excellent customer satisfaction and greatly increased business.

Many management theories in use today were developed in the early nineteenth century and therefore don’t take any account of new insights gained from recent research in areas such as cognition, chaos theory, genetics or evolution. They are typically based upon a technique or strategy developed by a domain expert some time ago that was implemented and tended to delivered some level of improved results. Normally, no consideration was given to other management strategies or theories, research in other disciplines and definitely no thought to this new type of knowledge as it did not exist. Consequently, many theories are incomplete, possibly conflicting, definitely not integrated and totally out of date. The Theory of Excellence is different!

The Theory of Excellence provides a complete and integrated framework for all aspects of management – from strategy to task optimization. THE incorporates the very latest research and discoveries in areas such as Neurology, Genealogy,

Cognition, Artificial Intelligence, Evolutionary Biology & Psychology. It provides an entirely new management framework, together with a unique set of principles and models delivering a whole new suite of business strategies. THE can be applied to all aspects of the organisation such as innovation, team work, change management, motivation, recruitment and other general management principles to improve and deliver increased performance.

To expand the number of companies offering this new and revolutionary management theory, partner organisations are being sought from either the training or management services industry. Information Technology companies may also be interested in offering the new theories as a key element of IT implementation projects to assist clients in areas such as change management or the formation of high performance implementation teams. A comprehensive training program will be provided explaining THE’s framework to give a thorough understanding of principles combined with mentoring during initial customer engagements. A full marketing program can also be formed with new partners to position and recruit new Theory of Excellence clients.

If you are interested in becoming a THE partner, please contact terrywilcox@theoryofexcellence.org for more information on joining the programme.
